Our Research

IMG_4551.jpg

Liliana Attisano and Jeff Wrana have separate research labs but share a common interest in understanding how networks of interconnected signalling pathways control developmental and homeostatic processes and how disruption of their activities contributes to disease. For this, our research efforts have been directed towards morphogen signalling pathways, such as TGFβ and Wnt and their interactions with Hippo signalling.

We employ a variety of experimental approaches ranging from molecular, biochemical and cell biology, to robotics-based high-throughput approaches, computational methods and mouse models.

Science is vastly more stimulating to the imagination than the classics.

The Lab Experience

If your experiment needs statistics, you ought to have done a better experiment
